The Republic of Panama is located in the center of the Western Hemisphere. On the North, it borders the Caribbean Ocean, on the East with the Republic of Colombia, on the South with the Pacific Ocean and on the West with the Republic of Costa Rica.  It is a link between Central and South America forming  an isthmus 80 km. wide at its narrowest  section.
The official language is Spanish. However, many Panamanians speak English. The weather is tropical and uniform throughout the year. The average temperature is 29 degrees Cº.  There is an absolute freedom of Religion in Panama. Most Panamanians are Roman Catholic. However, due to the diversity in the country you can find all kinds of  worship temples throughout the country.
